A Before & After Example Of A Stairwell Refurbishment

Before & after stairwell refurbishments which have been managed by Edinburgh Block Management.

Before painting starts, the walls are sanded, filled & prepped where necessary. Two coats of emulsion are carefully applied to the walls and ceilings.  The handrails and balustrades are prepped and painted/varnished. The door surrounds for each of the flatted properties will be freshly painted with the option to have flat doors painted as per owner's colour preference.  Main doors to the stairwell can also be painted inside and outside to complete the refurbishment.
